Bartender - The Yard Bar - London

We're looking for a confident, friendly and hardworking Bartender to join our team at The Yard Bar. Our venue is a busy and vibrant LGBT+ space in the heart of Soho, known for great service, good energy and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving drinks quickly and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service with a warm and inclusive attitude
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Handling payments and operating the till accurately
• Supporting table service and handing out wrist bands when required
• Helping maintain a fun, safe and respectful environment for both customers and staff
• Working as part of a fast-paced team during busy nights and events
  
  Previous bar tending or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and draught products is a bonus
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends and Pride/events periods
