We're looking for a reliable and trustworthy bartender to join our friendly team at The Wooden Cross. This role offers approximately 20-30 hours per week, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to work independently when required. As you may be the sole staff member on shift at times, being able to manage the bar efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be part of your role.
Responsibilities include serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar, managing stock levels, and ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience.
Previous experience is essential, living locally is preferred.
