Full Job Description

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Make classic cocktails accurately and consistently
Recommend drinks to guests and answer questions about the bar menu
Maintain high standards of presentation for all beverages
Keep the bar clean, fully stocked, and organised throughout service
Monitor stock levels and report shortages when needed
Check customer identification where required and serve alcohol responsibly
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service at all times
Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service
Handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently

The Banc Brasserie is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys creating a great guest experience, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment., At least 1 year of experience as a bartender
Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mixed drinks, spirits, wines, and beers
Confident preparing drinks consistently and to a high standard
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good spoken English
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

£11.00 per hour
