Bartender - Terra Rossa - London

As a Bartender at Terra Rossa, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure every guest enjoys excellent service from start to finish.,

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  
  Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar or as waiter
• A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A team player who is reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Personal Licence and cocktail experience are advantageous but not essential.
