• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
• Keep up-to-date with new drink recipes, trends in the hospitality industry, and seasonal offerings.
  
  Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
• A strong understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
