Bartender - Award winning Mexican Restaurant

This is an award-winning Mexican restaurant & cafe with 3 sites.

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in London Bridge.

Proud to be listed in the Michelin Guide, our dedicated team helps us fulfil our dream of leading the Mexican food scene. Preparing speciality ingredients using traditional cooking techniques, we serve delicious, unique food with exceptional flavours to guests from the City to the West End.

The main responsibilities and skills for the bartender would be:

• Mixing cocktails (good knowledge of Mezcal and Tequila cocktails preferable);
• Excellent costumer service;
• Training;
• Excellent standards in Health and Safety;
• Experience in fast paced and busy bar.

Part time position 25/30 hours per week (mainly Wednesday to Sunday)

Basic salary including tronc up to £16 per hour depending on experience
