As a Bartender at Pahli Hill, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering warm, attentive, and efficient hospitality. You will maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar, follow standard recipes, and support the wider front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.,

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently, following house recipes and presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to bar guests and engage with them to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, ingredients, and other mise en place before and during service.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate transactions.
• Follow standard drink recipes, portion controls, and beverage presentation guidelines.
• Recommend drinks, suggest pairings, and promote premium offerings where appropriate.
• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, check identification when required, recognise signs of intoxication, and refuse service when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods.
