Bartender - Lokal Restaurant - London

As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating great drinks while delivering friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service. You'll work closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure every guest feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in their work and has a natural interest in food, drinks and people. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks to a high standard
• Providing warm, confident and knowledgeable service to our guests
• Maintaining excellent bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Helping with bar preparation, stock rotation and replenishment
• Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams to create a seamless guest experience
• Supporting the team during busy services while maintaining attention to detail
• Developing your knowledge of our drinks menu and being able to confidently recommend drinks to guests
• Following licensing, health & safety and responsible service procedures
• Contributing to the positive culture and energy of the Lokal team
  
  Previous experience in a quality restaurant, cocktail bar or busy hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude
• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
• A willingness to learn and develop
• A professional and personable approach to guests and colleagues
  
  Lokal is a new restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, opened in May 2026. We are part of an independent hospitality group behind Faros Restaurants and Fred Bakery, with a passion for creating warm, energetic and memorable places to eat, drink and spend time.
