Full Job Description
- Prepare cocktails, drinks and coffee to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, fast and professional service
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Support the wider FOH team during busy services
- Help create the energetic atmosphere La Rueda is known for
- Support events, DJs and late-night service
Previous bartending experience Good knowledge of cocktails and spirits Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication Ability to work well under pressure Positive attitude and strong team spirit Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends Late-night availability is a big plus
£13-£15 per hour, depending on experience Flexible shifts - evenings, weekends & late nights La Rueda is looking for experienced, energetic Bartenders to join our team in Clapham.
