Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including creative cocktails, wines, and sakes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a busy, high-end restaurant or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and sake.
Experience with Japanese, Asian, or fusion-inspired beverages is highly desirable.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
Punctual, reliable, and professional with a positive, team-player attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, split shifts, and during busy trading periods.
