Cordelia's is a exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality. We're creating a vibrant dining destination where great food, expertly crafted drinks and memorable guest experiences come together, and we're looking for passionate Bartenders to join our opening team. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits and soft drinks to the highest standards
• Delivering warm, engaging and knowledgeable service
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across our drinks offering
• Ensuring the bar is clean, organised and fully stocked
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to create exceptional guest experiences
  
  Previous bar experience in a quality hospitality environment
• Passion for cocktails, wine and hospitality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
