Bartender - Coldra Court

Providing friendly, professional and efficient bar service to guests
Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas
Building positive relationships with guests and colleagues
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Contributing to departmental targets through excellent service and upselling opportunities where appropriate

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
A passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
Good knowledge of beverages and bar service, or a willingness to learn
A positive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods as required
Basic Food Hygiene certification is desirable but not essential
