Full Job Description
As a Bartender, you will prepare drinks to specification and support service across wine, cocktails, coffee, and service beverages.,
- Preparing drinks to specification and quality standards
- Supporting service to both bar and floor
- Maintaining organisation and cleanliness behind the bar
- Assisting with stock, prep, and service setup
- Engaging positively and professionally with guests
- Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates
Minimum 1 year bar or hospitality experience preferred - Interest in cocktails, wine, and café service
- Strong organisation and teamwork skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in fast-paced services
