Full Job Description
As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:
- Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
- Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
- Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
- Spread magic and make every guest's visit the best moment of their day

The ideal candidate can demonstrate: - To be energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
