Bartender

Prepare and serve a range of premium beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standards
Build positive relationships with guests, providing knowledgeable recommendations and personalised service
Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to create a seamless dining experience
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, licensing compliance, and brand presentation

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and product knowledge
Excellent communication skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment
