Full Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional and engaging bar service, creating memorable guest experiences in 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky Lounge
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with strong knowledge of ingredients, presentation, and techniques
  • Support bar setup and ensure all preparations are completed prior to service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the bar area
  • Monitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and ensure correct storage of all bar products
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise guest satisfaction
  • Drive sales opportunities and promote the bar's concept through knowledgeable recommendations

    Build strong rapport with guests, delivering friendly, professional, and personalised service at all times About you You are a passionate and service-focused individual with previous experience in a bartender role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment. You have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
