Barista at Caffè Nero

Our fantastic team at Gatwick Airport is looking for a Barista to work night shifts.

Shifts will typically run between 8pm-6am.

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people's lives. Joining us as a Barista means bringing this to life and becoming the heartbeat of Caffè Nero. Our Baristas:

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!

From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it! Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.

• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Brilliant training - no experience is required!
• The opportunity to grow your career and develop personally and professionally.
• An extra £2.50 per hour if you work between 11pm and 6am.
• Unlimited free handmade drinks and up to 75% off food and packaged drinks when you're on shift.
• 50% off all handmade drinks and 40% off everything else when you're off shift.
• Recommend A Friend Scheme, giving you the chance to earn up to £750 if you refer new people to join the team.
• Length of service recognition.
