• Preparing & serving barista coffee & iced drinks
• Developing & maintaining expert knowledge for coffee & tea products served
• Supporting Coffee Shop Manager in Training the team
• Properly handling & maintaining equipment
• Ensuring customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standards
• Ensuring food safety standards followed, We invest in the training and development of our teams to give them the appropriate skills necessary to thrive in their job roles.
