Barista / Front of House Assistant - Goodwood Art Foundation - Chichester

As a Barista, you?ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy high?quality beverages and friendly, efficient service. You?ll be confident operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and supporting the wider caf? team.,

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and speciality beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf? equipment confidently
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic coffee bar and work area
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Restock supplies and support with inventory as needed
• Provide warm, attentive customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Previous barista experience (refresher training available)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based drinks
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a genuine ?can?do? approach
• Proactive and able to take responsibility for your work
