Barista

As a Barista, you will provide Coffee Excellence in our "We're Serving Costa" outlet located in the Outpatients Department at Nottingham City Hospital.

• Serve customers to the highest standards of Coffee Excellence
• Offer a warm and friendly service to customers and visitors
• Ensure the service area is always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Assist with the general cleaning and tidying of the work environment
• Keep up to date with products and food offerings
• Assist with stock storage and replenishment
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company procedures are followed
  
  A genuine interest in customer service excellence
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and reliable approach to work
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
• Focused on the front line and delivering a great customer experience
• Team player
• Catering and Barista experience desirable but not essential
