Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special are the brilliant people who run them - and you'll be one of them. As a Barista, you're a natural when it comes to making great coffee and generally making our guests feel welcome.

• Previous experience as a Barista and a real passion for coffee
• Bags of energy, your own personality - and we can teach you the rest!
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  
  As well as creating the perfect coffee, you'll have a hand in all things front of house such as waiting tables and running food and enjoying the feeling of seeing our regulars, knowing you've made their day a little brighter.
