As an internal agency worker, you will be deployed across a range of sites, delivering consistently high standards of coffee, service, and customer experience. You must be confident stepping into new environments and maintaining quality during busy periods.,

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced tourist locations
• Operating coffee machines and handling food & beverage service safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all work areas
• Adapting quickly to different sites, teams, and service styles
