Full Job Description
- Carry out all traditional barback duties: restocking bars with spirits, mixers, garnishes, and consumables
- Collect glasses from the floor throughout service
- Run glassware, ice, stock, and fruit between all four bars and the stock room
- Support opening procedures: setting up bars and the floor ahead of service
- Support closing procedures: breaking down and cleaning the floor at the end of service
- Clean up glass breaks and spillages promptly and safely
- Work closely with bartenders to keep service fast and uninterrupted
Physically fit and able to work at pace during busy periods - Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Previous barback or similar hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working late nights in a high-energy venue
