Full Job Description

  • Support the Bartender: Assist in delivering excellent service by maintaining the bar's stock, preparing ingredients, and helping with customer service.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is spotless and organized, following the highest standards.
  • Stock Up: Keep the bar fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and napkins.
  • Assist with Drink Preparation: Help bartenders by gathering and preparing ingredients and garnishes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines, taking responsibility for your own safety and that of others., Urgency: Act quickly to assist guests and team members, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items.
  • Matchday Excellence: Ensure all procedures are followed and standards are met on matchdays.
  • Guest Feedback: Address any guest or client feedback promptly and pass it on to supervisors for improvements.
