Barback - Eight Members club - London

The Barback plays a key supporting role within the bar team, ensuring that all bar operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position assists bartenders during service, maintains stock levels and ensures the bar area is always clean, organised and fully equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for our members., Support bartenders during service by ensuring all products and equipment are readily available.

Complete the checklist accurately and ensure the bar meets operational standards.

Restock fridges, shelves and storage areas throughout the shift.

Collect and organise deliveries, checking accuracy and condition of stock.

Maintain cleanliness of all bar and back-of-house areas, including glassware and equipment.

Assist with preparation before service and closing duties after service.

Communicate effectively with the bar and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keep the bar running efficiently during busy service periods.
