Bar and Waiting Team Member - New Site Opening - Northwich

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Debrito Lounge, a local caf bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to 12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. Experience isn't essential - if you're kind and love hospitality, we'll teach you the rest!

This is an exciting opportunity to join the opening team at Debrito Lounge, our brand-new site, and become part of one of the UK's most successful restaurant groups.

About the Role

Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who work in them.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
