We are excited to welcome new Bar Team Members to Bristol Pear. No prior experience is needed-we'll provide all the training and support you need. We value team collaboration and are looking for individuals who enjoy working together and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve our high-quality food and drinks.
• Share recommendations when it feels appropriate to create a positive experience for guests.
• Help maintain a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy.

A little bit about us…

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it's on, and we are the place to watch it. The Bristol Pear is located in the heart of Selly Oak on the Bristol Road. We're next door to Selly Oak train station, as well as being served by excellent bus routes. We have a large student clientele with a famed weekly offering from our regular quiz nights, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and hugely popular Karaoke nights. We're a pub that does it all!
