Bar Team Leader

Where You'll Be Working Sin Bin is an exciting new sports bar and kitchen located on Chatham Maritime Marina. Our customers enjoy waterside views on the riverside terrace at the exciting bar and kitchen serving the best of hand-crafted beers and lagers. What You'll Do

• Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
