Bar support - Grandio Group - London

We're looking for energetic, hardworking and enthusiastic Bar Backs to join our team and keep the drinks flowing! You'll be the backbone of our bar operation, working alongside our bartenders to make sure everything runs smoothly, especially when the place is buzzing. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Keeping the bars fully stocked with spirits, beers, wines, mixers and everything else our bartenders need.
• Making sure ice wells are filled and glassware is always available.
• Collecting, washing and polishing glasses throughout service.
• Preparing garnishes, restocking fridges and setting up bar stations.
• Changing kegs and supporting cellar operations.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and running efficiently.
• Supporting bartenders during busy services so they can focus on delivering great drinks.
• Helping with opening, closing, deliveries and stock rotation., Work in an exciting, high-energy sports brasserie in Kensington.
• Learn from experienced bartenders and managers.
