As a Bar Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our bar, collaborating closely with senior management and team members to ensure that every guest enjoys a truly unforgettable experience. • Overseeing the smooth running of the bar and bar floor, ensuring seamless service at all times.
• Conducting comprehensive training sessions to elevate service standards and enhance product knowledge among team members.
• Responsible for shift handover reports, cashing up, and monitoring sales performance, with a focus on effective upselling techniques.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our bar menu and wine list, providing recommendations and guidance to guests.
• Assisting the Bar Manager with stock take and ordering, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operational needs.
  
  Previous success as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a dynamic, upscale setting is essential.
