Full Job Description
You will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site. You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.,
- You will be serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is always provided.
- Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.
Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site. - For this role you must be 18+.
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
