Bar Staff - Whelans pubs - Croydon

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.,

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Accurately take orders and process payments using our till/POS system.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar and in customer areas.
• Restock drinks, glassware, and bar supplies as needed.
• Verify customer identification and ensure strict compliance with all licensing laws.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare the venue for service and secure it afterwards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential, as comprehensive training can be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
