You'll be welcoming and looking after our guests, preparing and serving drinks, helping them navigate our food and wine offering, and working closely with the rest of the team to deliver a warm and professional service. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly Bar Person to join our team at Maresco, our Spanish seafood restaurant in Soho. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, is confident behind the bar and loves creating a great experience for our guests. At Maresco, we combine Spanish cuisine with exceptional Scottish seafood, alongside a carefully selected wine list. An interest in food and wine is definitely a plus! What we're looking for: - Previous bar or restaurant experience
- Good knowledge of wine, cocktails and spirits
- Friendly, confident and attentive with guests
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit

- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
