We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Blenheim Palace for the spectacular Christmas Light Trails. Be part of the team delivering an unforgettable visitor experience at one of the UK's most iconic historic venues, as Blenheim Palace is transformed for two of the biggest events in its seasonal calendar. With shifts available from mid-November through to January, this is a fantastic opportunity to pick up flexible work throughout the autumn and festive season. Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to gain valuable hospitality experience, you'll have the opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment while welcoming thousands of visitors to Blenheim Palace. With flexible, event-based shifts and opportunities to work at other major sporting events, festivals and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year., You'll work within busy bars and hospitality areas across the Blenheim Palace Christmas Light Trails, delivering fast, friendly and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding experience for visitors.,

• Serve beer, wine, spirits, hot drinks and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
• Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout each shift.

  We're looking for people who:
• Are aged 18 or over.
• Have previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Are available for shifts between mid-November and January, including evenings and weekends.
• Are comfortable working at an outdoor seasonal event during the autumn and winter months.
