Bar Server - Casual

We're seeking an energetic and personable Bar Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be at the heart of our bar operation, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality drinks and excellent service to our guests. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service, along with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and lively environment.What you will do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive bar experience
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure stock levels are monitored and assist with restocking as needed
• Follow all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and safety procedures
• Work closely with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.
  
  Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
• A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work behind the bar.
