Full Job Description

  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, particularly classic cocktails.
  • Good wine knowledge would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing ordering, stocktakes and par levels.
  • Ability to train, develop and mentor junior bartenders.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A reliable, punctual and trustworthy professional with a hands-on approach.
    • We're looking for someone passionate about great drinks, confident behind the bar and capable of maintaining high standards while leading a busy team.


  • £42,500 - £46,000 yearly
