Bar Manager / Supervisor - Cleo - London

We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar Supervisor to join our team at Cleo, a stylish all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, just moments from Victoria. Cleo offers a mix of brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and quality coffee, creating a vibrant and fast-paced service environment. This is a hands-on role where you will lead shifts, support daily operations, and ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of daily service
• Lead and support the team during busy periods
• Take responsibility for team performance during shifts
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation and service standards
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and coffee
• Confidently work across both bar and coffee stations
• Carry out opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar upkeep
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Support stock control and general organisation
  
  Previous experience in a bar, café, or restaurant environment
• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Good knowledge of cocktails and bar service
• Basic to good barista skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail in service and presentation
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
Working Hours
• Includes evenings, weekends, and mornings as required
