We are searching for a talented, passionate bar manager who is confident in leading a vibrant team. From leisurely morning coffees to lively late-night cocktails, Botanica Hall is designed to suit every occasion. • Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice
• A Bar Manager looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business
• Able to work closely alongside the General Manager to develop the outstanding offer
• An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team
