Long-term experience behind the bar in a high-end venue
Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
Awareness of market trends, ability to create and innovate existing drink lists alongside our Head of Beverage
Strong understanding of financial aspects of the bar operation towards cost effective strategies, including expertise of stock control and ordering
Experience with staff scheduling, training and development
