As our Bar Manager, you will demonstrate experience of managing bars and training staff to a high standard with excellent levels of service to our guests. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as Managing a team of bar staff. Guest experience is absolutely paramount and we ensure we always provide a friendly and welcoming environment for both our guests and team members alike.

A personal licence is a bonus for this role but we will provide you with access to the training if required.

Coordinate daily, front and back of house bar operations
Good knowledge of all product sold in the bar and how to deliver them to the highest quality standard.
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
Organise and supervise staffing
Mentor new staff with the correct operational procedures for the department.
Active listening and effective communication skills
An understanding of cellar management.
Experience of cash handling and management.
A good working knowledge of Health and Safety issues relating to public bar spaces and events & licensing laws.

Offering a competitive salary of up to £29,375 per annum, based on 42 hours per week, working up to 6 days per week, plus incremental and performance pay reviews. We also offer continuous all year-round employment - we don't close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, straight shifts of 4pm until midnight.
