Bar Back - The Side Hustle (Sports Bar)

At The Side Hustle, the bar is at the centre of everything. Fast-paced service, high-volume trading, and a team that works together to keep it all flowing. As a Bar Back, you'll play a key role in supporting the bar team, making sure everything is stocked, prepped, and ready so service runs smoothly from start to finish. What you'll be doing Supporting the bar team

• Restocking spirits, mixers, and glassware
• Preparing bar areas ahead of service
• Supporting bartenders during busy periods
Maintaining standards
• Collecting glassware and keeping bar areas clean
• Ensuring all equipment is in place and ready
• Keeping back-of-bar areas organised
Keeping service moving
• Anticipating the needs of the bar team
• Preventing delays by staying ahead of stock and setup
• Working quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Takes pride in supporting others
Experience Experience in a hospitality or service role is preferred but not essential. Attitude and work ethic are key.
