Full Job Description

  • This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers to work within a well-established service, supporting 1 gentleman. This service will be supporting them with daily living, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
  • The person supported here has Autism and Learning Disabilities and has support 24 hours per day, but they also love visiting the local community - especially getting out and about and to charity shops They would like their staff team to be quieter but with a dry, sarcastic sense of humour. At this service there are a core staff team on shift at any one time - these include day shifts and also nights too.


  • We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
