Brynhyfryd is a residential care home located in Builth Wells, Powys, providing accommodation for up to 42 residents. It offers 24-hour care in a supportive environment, catering to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. The will include, but not limited to:
• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
