Bank Support Worker

We're looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Bank Support Workers who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll help individuals gain greater independence in their daily lives while working as part of a supportive and dynamic team. Our residential service in Witham, Essex is warm, welcoming, and full of personality - no two days are ever the same! You'll be:

• Supporting people with daily living and personal care
• Helping them learn new life skills
• Encouraging access to the local community
• Taking part in social activities and hobbies
