evidence-based interventions to children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). You will play a vital role in empowering parents, carers, and professionals through training, support, and collaborative working. Your work will primarily focus on children within early years settings such as nurseries, Family Hubs, and family homes. Our Childrens Community Health Team provision supports our Surrey-wide service, and you will be based at one of our Office Hubs across Surrey with the opportunity for hybrid working.
