We are recruiting for an experienced Bank Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist! To work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Therapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children, and to support them, their families and carers in self-management and care. The post holder is responsible for devising child-centred therapy plans using evidence-based practice to ensure that the individual's full potential is developed or maintained. Our Occupational Therapists provide clinical support, training and supervision for junior staff and students. Main Responsibilities include management and leadership, planning and organisation, clinical responsibilities, and professional duties. Essential requirements include a diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and a minimum of 2 years post-graduate OT experience, including paediatric practice. Desirable criteria include membership of BAOT/RCOT and special interest groups, clinical educator qualification, and experience in community paediatric OT and/or NHS settings. A valid driving license is required.
