Full Job Description
West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive Pharmacy Team on a temporary basis via our internal Bank.
This role would suit you if you:o Are a registered Pharmacist with hospital experience at Band 6 or Band 7 levelo Are confident working within a multidisciplinary hospital teamo Have experience using (or are comfortable learning) electronic prescribing and medicines record systemso Are flexible, adaptable, and able to support service delivery where neededo Have good teamwork and problem-solving skills
We are looking for a Pharmacist who is already working confidently at Band 6 or Band 7 level and can provide high-quality pharmaceutical care within a busy acute NHS Trust.

The West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds provides acute and secondary care services (emergency department, maternity and neonatal services, day surgery unit, eye treatment centre, Macmillan unit and children's ward). It has 500+ beds and is a partner teaching hospital of the University of Cambridge.
Adult and paediatric community services, provided in collaboration with West Suffolk Alliance partners, include a range of nursing, therapy, specialist, and ongoing temporary care and rehabilitation, some at our Newmarket Community Hospital.
