Bank Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential

You will complete our full training induction programme, be given constant support working within our residential homes and be committed to our values and be flexible in your working week. You should have some experience in working within a similar environment or the desire to kick start a career within the care sector.

You will encourage our young people to develop confidence, self-esteem and essential life skills. As part of our team, you will work hard to empower and help them break through barriers and experience a range of varied opportunities and activities and assist permanent staff teams with duties. You will be open to completing personal care as well as general support work.

You will be working in a caring home environment with the wider team under the leadership of the Registered Manager, nurturing, and supporting the young people providing them with all the care, love and support that they would receive as if it was their family home.

How it works…..

We are looking to build a team of bank staff to support the children and young people we care for in our residential services.

We have Residential services in Bolton, Salford, Manchester and Stockport, providing short and long-term support for children and young people who have experienced trauma and difficult beginnings, young people with learning disabilities and autism and young people with harmful sexual behaviour., Every day is different at Together Trust, and you'll be empowering people to live the best life possible. Plus, you'll be supported by an understanding team and a charity that values and cares for you.

Hours: Various Hours - Full flexibility required.

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Time and a Quarter paid for weekend hours worked - £16.82

Possibility of additional sleep-in payment of £107.60 (depending on service).
