Full Job Description
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective and person centred clinical care within a complex care environment. You will support residents with a range of mental and physical health needs, ensuring care is delivered with dignity, compassion and professionalism. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition. This includes managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting individuals with high dependency needs. You will lead shifts when required, supporting and guiding care teams to ensure high standards are maintained. Working alongside families and external professionals, you will contribute to a coordinated and consistent approach to care.
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Experience or interest in complex care, including mental health and dementia
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different shifts
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach
