Bank Registered Nurse - POA

Spire Harpenden Hospital is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment Department on a Bank Contract., Undertake comprehensive pre-operative assessments for patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures. Obtain and document detailed medical histories and relevant clinical information. Perform clinical observations and baseline assessments. Identify potential risks and escalate concerns appropriately. Sup Coordinate investigations, diagnostics and referrals as required. Ensure all patient records, assessments and documentation are accurate and up to date. Work collaboratively with consultants, anaesthetists and the wider multidisciplinary team. Promote high standards of patient care, safety and clinical governance. Maintain compliance with NMC standards, hospital policies and regulatory requirement
